Taking care of your hair is an important part of any beauty routine - and not giving your locks enough TLC can prove costly. One brand that boasts a range of products said to live up to their promises is OUAI.
Created by celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin and loved by A-lister's such as the Kardashians and the Hadids, it will come as no surprise to some that it is quite pricey. This is where Home Bargains has upped the game.
Many bargain hunters have flocked to TikTok after they spotted a new line of hair products in store they are branding as 'dupes' for the professional firm. At under £2 an item, it's no wonder shoppers are "running" to buy them.

For those looking to save a bit of money, the bargain firm's OVAU hair range features everything for nourished, healthy hair. Despite costing a humble £1.49 each, each product boasts packaging that looks suspiciously similar to OUAI's that can retail at up to £34.
A standout for many shoppers is the shampoo and conditioner, both designed for those with 'medium' hair types. Both products use Kumquat Fruit Extract and Coconut Oil to "gently cleanse" and "nourish" your hair all on a budget.
At 300ml a bottle, they are the exact same size as the OUAI Medium Shampoo and Conditioner that cost £28 each at Boots. If you buy the duo at Home Bargains you would only spend under £3 in total, saving more than £50 compared to the OUAI duo.

Another standout that has beauty fans buzzing is the OVAU Hair Mask (250ml), also £1.49, that is packed with Shea Butter and a blend of oils to "deeply hydrate" all hair types. By comparison, the OUAI Hair Mask costs £34 for a 235ml.
With massive savings to be found, it's no wonder many Home Bargains shoppers have been sharing their finds on TikTok.

In response to the video, one eager shopper commented: "Running now xx."
Meanwhile, another TikTok user @findandseekuk wrote: "New Dupe in home bargains!! Ovau is the dupe of OUAI hair products. Home bargains price is £1.49 rrp £12.00 wow what a saving."
One shopper who was impressed with the results of the hair oil wrote: "This hair oil is fantastic, completely defined my curls."
Infused with Jojoba oil and ginger root extract, this 50ml bottle has been described as a "powerhouse" oil that delivers strength and shine. By comparison, the OUAI Hair Oil costs £26 for a smaller 45ml.
The OVAU hair products can be found in Home Bargains stores for £1.49, but remember to check your local store for stock availability, as this can differ.
Beauty enthusiasts looking for similar products on the market can also pick up the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Miracle Hair Serum (100ml) that costs just £6.99 on Amazon. Often compared to pricier brand Kerastase, this hair oil uses six flower oils to deliver "up to six times more shine."
Meanwhile, the costs just £40, although it has a retail price of £70. Both use a balanced formula to cleanse, strengthen, protect and smooth all hair types.
